We facilitate the discovery and selection of diagnostic tests, participating laboratories, and available home sample collection services. We are not a medical facility and do not conduct the tests ourselves.
Pathovix provides a platform for users to discover diagnostic tests and participating laboratories and to connect with a selected laboratory for booking. When a user chooses to contact a laboratory through WhatsApp or another available communication method, the user's provided information may be shared with the selected laboratory to facilitate the inquiry or booking.
The selected laboratory is responsible for confirming appointment availability, test requirements, pricing where applicable, home sample collection availability, preparation instructions, turnaround times, cancellations, and other booking-related matters. Pathovix does not guarantee appointment availability or the completion of any booking.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. Pathovix is not responsible for errors, delays, cancellations, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
The information available through Pathovix is provided for general informational and test-discovery purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to undergo any particular test.

Participating diagnostic laboratories listed on our platform are independent third parties. Participating laboratories are independently responsible for confirming test availability, appointment availability, sample collection arrangements, applicable charges, preparation requirements, turnaround times, reports, cancellations, refunds, and other services they provide. Pathovix holds no liability for the medical outcomes or testing accuracy.
Pathovix may display prices for tests and test combinations on the platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pathovix does not collect payment for diagnostic services. Any payment, cancellation, refund, or final pricing arrangements relating to the diagnostic service are handled between the user and the selected laboratory and may be subject to the laboratory's applicable terms.
Information regarding tests, prices, participating laboratories, availability, home sample collection, turnaround times, and other services may change without notice. Pathovix does not guarantee that a particular test, laboratory, price, appointment, or home collection service will be available at the time of booking.
Pathovix may provide links or access to third-party websites, applications, communication services, or other resources, including participating laboratory websites and WhatsApp. These third-party services are independently operated, and Pathovix is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
In no event shall Pathovix be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, or for any actions taken by the third-party partner laboratories.
Users must provide accurate information when using Pathovix and must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Where a booking or inquiry is made on behalf of another person, the user represents that they are authorized to provide the information necessary for that person's booking or inquiry.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
